Hollywood Grande To Make Project Presentation
The Hollywood Grande invites all Hollywood Beach residents and business owners to a presentation and update on the oceanfront project at 7 p.m. Mon., May 8 at the Hollywood Beach Culture and Community Center.
The luxury condo hotel development, at 342 Pierce Street, will feature unique 16th-Century Venetian Palace-style architecture and a walking bridge that will connect the two buildings of the resort on either side of Pierce Street.
Amenities will include spacious guestrooms and suites with a tropical colonial decor and designer furnishings, a robotic parking garage embedded in the building, rooftop pool and terrace, and courtyards with wish fountains, as well as a Pierce Street upgrade with pavestones and landscaping. This unique boutique hotel will offer customized and personalized 5-star services to provide a luxury vacation experience.
Refreshments will be provided at the public presentation. Free parking is available at the Hollywood Beach Culture and Community Center, 1301 South Ocean Drive.
